I disagree with the gaullisme that reigns in France. France is not the powerful country it thinks it is and it is way past time for it (and them, the French) to realise it. Their current system is ridiculous.
It however hurts me to constantly see a reduced version of France, belittling the heroism of the French people. A people who fought, won, went for it like no one would nowadays.
