Dell mobos suck so hard.
PS_ON, pin 16. When brought low, the PSU goes on.
I want to power other things with that same PSU. Logically, the computer shouldn't care if the PSU is always on.
But... Dell uses PS_ON to detect if the power button is the CORRECT, DELL BRANDED power button.
