The memory card interface is apparently pretty capable apparently. (They now have a device that can load games from a mSD card slot, so it's apparently actually even fast.) Though of course if anything ever utilized it to load anything like minigames onto a card it would probably only be whatever came with the card itself...
It's possible this is still for a multipage one and it just has an actual menu or something.
