More than 150 car models are now too big to fit in average car parking spaces, according to analysis conducted by "Which?". These cars are also too wide and too long to safely use (and park on) roads.
Pedestrians - especially children - are not visible to drivers of over-sized cars, which present a much greater risk of injury and death to vulnerable road users.
