The other day I noticed a dozen sweet-limes were ripe on the small tree, had plenty of cabbages ready to harvest. Brought in a cabbage and the fruits. Had sharpened my kitchen knife a little while ago and wanted to test it.
One thing led to another and I discovered that mosambi juice goes well with chopped cabbage. A little cilantro from the garden, some salt, pepper and a little sugar made a delicious and crunchy salad.
In the 3 days since, I've chomped down three whole cabbages!
