Dear #Fedilab (npub1ehd7mhavte7e4v0dcy2sx4qzt5s2ft3vjdlx66qrl06kclsh7slqgnudlw (npub1ehd…udlw)), until now I have been recommending your #Android app, because it displays threads as what they are, i.e., trees.
But I found out (the "hard way", so to say) that you do #markdown formatting and HTML removal, neither of which are done by the standard #Mastodon web UI or the Mastodon Android app.
IMO, this is simply not right. Not even if you made it optional. A post/toot should not be seen differently depending on where you see it. This is not an enhancement, it's a mistake
