* From the DPO - "please email support"
* "Tell us exactly what data you want"
* Confirm a load of details (that I know they don't already have
* "Your download is ready" (but no link)
* "We're waiting for you to confirm your email address"
* A download link in an email this morning!
* Broken encoded URL
* Manaully fixed encoding, still doesn't work though a browser, but curl got me a zip!
* Zip is password protected....
