Instagram. I download it once in a while to post a photo and delete it again. Reason: I hate how easy it is to get to the insta reels. It's addictive as fuck, and I always subconsciously end up looking them heven with "screen time locks" and etc), if I don't delete the whole app completely. Deleted YouTube for the same reason.
