IF they THINK they're wearing a COSTUME, they feel comfortable running around in public DESPITE THE FACT it is (for all practical purposes) underwear.
I've seen some young women out on the trail wear skin tight outfits of all colors and they think nothing of it.
If a GUY were to see them in their UNDERWEAR, however,
