The bike lane as far as I can see has zero impact on the road capacity (it was a single lane in each direction before, it is still a single lane now). The timing of the lights changed so the pedestrian phase is more favourable to people on foot - that extra time has to come from somewhere. I’ll make sure my local reps know I’m opposed to this regressive motion.",
