The last thing I want is a religious government.
Not until Jesus himself is sitting atop it anyway.
Any other man or group of people will absolutely abuse the kind of power that comes with that.
But a respect for Him in the halls of power, or the founding documents of such halls is certainly appropriate.
Free will dictates that you have to allow those of other or no faiths do their thing and rise or fall as they will.
We just shouldn’t let them dictate our lives either.
