At the risk of driving traffic to yet another fabricated generational conflict -
We have another story from barely two weeks ago that Boomers aren't leaving their larger homes, often through no fault of their own.
The housing market is screwed up, top to bottom, and it's disrupting patterns that persisted through much of the 20th century. That as older generations age they pass properties on to younger generations, by inheritance or sale. That's not happening anymore.
