Just had Amazon tell me it is impossible to repair or replace a faulty product (under s23 CRA 2015).
Odd, one might think, since they list it for sale on their website.
Except, they argue, no they don’t, a third party seller does.
What larks! If you order it, you get an invoice and receipt from Amazon. The card charge is from Amazon. It comes in a box with Amazon’s logo on the side. And their website states that by ordering you make “an offer to Amazon to buy the product(s) in your order”.
