I feel like Hilbert's Hotel gets even more counter-intuitive when you add probability:
When preparing each room, roll 100 dice. If they all land on 6, put a chocolate on the pillow. Otherwise, don't.
With probability 1, the guests can redistribute the chocolates so that there's a chocolate on every pillow.
