It's a free-body diagram problem. You'll feel like the force of gravity is going the wrong way (but not in a disorienting fashion, more like taking a sharp turn in a car). You may, as you do a loop, feel that the force of gravity is greater at the bottom of the loop than the top (in fact you'll probably feel weightless at the top of a proper loop), but if you are just flutting around all you'll really feel is a resultant force that's the sum of all the accelerations acting on you. You have no good way of knowing, by the feeling of forces alone, which way is down.
