You probably don't need your phone to beep or buzz on notifications. Nothing is that urgent.
You probably don't need any push notifications at all. Emails, DMs, etc can be checked manually at single period of time you set aside.
Sounds too extreme? Give it a try and see how your life is afected. You won't really miss anything and will be less phone dependent. Don't let your phone control you like a dog.
The only thing I keep active is calls, and even then, only on vibrate to not risk waking up the baby. Yes, I miss some calls sometimes and it's not a big deal, I just call people back.
