Whenever my dad makes some bad tech decisions, I have to jump in and waste an hour with some chat agent to resolve an issue that could have been avoided if he consulted with me first. I try to make the best of it and extend patience to who ever is assisting me and this is usually the result... I can't imagine the amount of crap these agents get on a daily basis by other customers. May we all extend patience and grace to all humans we interact with.
