Do you have sexy pictures (or videos) of (at least one of) your partner(s) on your phone?
It's up to you how you define "sexy". The comic implies at least partial nudity; I'd say, as a guideline, it should be a bit more intimate than a normal portrait shot, arousing in nature. Something most people wouldn't want to show their boss or parents.
If you don't subscribe to the idea of a "partner", then someone close to you.
