Mind you, to get those tax breaks, they'll vote in a heartbeat in lockstep with fellow Republicans who do everything under the sun to cancel the votes of Black voters and to immiserate LGBTQ human beings. Vote in tandem with racists and homophobes — people directly attacking minority groups — and I'd say you might as well forfeit your claim to be in it for the "principles" and the tax breaks.
