Low timber trees; Young branch has thick hair. Leaves have up to 30cm long blade, young hairy on both sides, later only on the lower fur; petiole 2cm long. Flowers grow in pairs, bright yellow; sepals outer; stamen with straight anthers; ovule 6-7. Great fruit located in sepals exist.
Flowering: in July 2-7.
Distribution: It is found in Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. In VietNam, It is found in The tree often grows in open forest, wet white soil in Dong Nai and Gia Lai.
Ecological: Plants grow naturally scattered in open forests, forest edges, moist places, at an altitude of 900 m.
