I'm going to push back on that a bit. I knew a beautiful woman (after a nose job) who told me her husband said she should do her makeup more like me, less heavy. He was cruel, she was 20 years older than me at the time. He was basically telling her to look younger, without using the stuff that smooths things over. Makeup is far less an issue than the life that ages you.
