I can't remember the last time I talked to a millennial who didn't self-diagnose as either ADHD, autism or both. I'm serious.
Is it possible that there's nothing wrong with our brains? 🤔
My theory is that the traits we associate with these conditions simply proliferate in bad environments, until they cause their reform or collapse.
Sort of like an immune response.
We're not on a spectrum, we're white blood cells fighting an infection 🧑⚕️
