Dinner was a great success! Crispy chicken thighs with potatoes, olives, tomato, red and yellow peppers, white wine, oregano, thyme and lavender. I served it with tenderstem broccoli. Tom was very enthusiastic about it. It was very easy to do, basically a traybake #food
