I'm a bit surprised that nobody seems to mention how the Tories introduced a voter suppression scheme specifically aimed at blocking Labour voters, followed by Labour getting a smaller vote share than forecast. Maybe research will show that the two aren't connected, but right now it feels kind of significant to me?
