Try turning Ivory's push notifications off, wait 10 seconds, then turn back on in the system notification settings. If that doesn't work, go to Ivory's settings, push notifications for the account you are having issues with, and turn all the switches off for 10 seconds, then back on. And if it's still not working, restart your device.",
