No, but a local-first wiki mirrored on the web would be cool. Apparently GitLab wikis are Git repos, so in theory they can be edited offline and the edits pushed back to the server using Git. Haven't tried that yet.
At the moment I'm mainly using .md files in a standard Git repo, so I can edit from anywhere while easily keeping the server copy and local copies in sync.
