Trying to figure out why the antihistamines I'm taking are giving me more energy and improving my mood. Thought it was 'cause they were helping me sleep. But I went off them for a couple weeks and even when I was sleeping well I was low mood and no energy in the mornings.
Googling and all I can say that's supported by evidence is that the hay fever itself was making me feel like crap. 1/2
