1. Global policy making is way too interesting and powerfull to prevent its take-over by various groups, suing all thr arts of warfare.
2. Global policy making by the tensions in creates prevent dialogue, understanding, respect and harmony against nations (small and big) amd even human beings.
3. Of course the UNO-nazis personals and their affiliates, subordinates and mindcaptives won't agree nor have the capacity to understand : death is the only way.
