Collecting things is bad. Unless it has historical value or something, you really don't need that Pokemon card or video game merch. It's a consumer product, designed to exploit your monkey brain into opening your wallet. It will never bring you happiness. As soon as you have it you'll just want the next thing. This is not sustainable. Instead, be a person who creates things that other people want to collect.
