I feel it. it's not always easy to deal with getting older. Even if people like to say otherwise, you can feel it and notice that some things are no longer so easy for you, that the Body is changing.
I've been dissatisfied with my weight for nearly 20 years, I can't get it down, and at certain times I hate myself for it.
