Well...up early today and I hurt just about everywhere but that's pretty normal for me...I'm reveling in the luxury of having time to just sit here and have my coffee before I have to get on the bike...going to do three rides outdoors today after replacing the rear tire yesterday...got a little over 4,000 miles out of that one and this one might make to the end of the year...going to grill some chicken today for chicken burritos and sandwiches and maybe clean the bathroom...good morning!
