It's a rainy day on the Gulf Coast. So I'm catching up on some projects in the kitchen. I like to buy bags of onions, use the peals in bone broth and chop the rest up and put it in the freezer. It saves time and money. When I leave the onions in the cabinet I always have 1 or more go bad on me. #grownostr #tip #cotckitchen #cotc
