I really wish my brain would stop latching on to recent things I’ve learned as solutions for current problems.
Last year, I dug into registers and decorators (Django’s templatetags, admin, etc) and suddenly everything needed a central list that could be dynamically added to via a decorator.
This year I’ve been deep diving into Django forms and now every problem I see can be solved by introducing field-like things and widgets.
