OPEC: “Venezuela's oil production falls, but remains above 1 million barrels per day” 🇻🇪
Venezuela's #oil production fell 6,000 barrels per day in February, but remained above one million #barrels per day for the second consecutive month, according to official figures published Wednesday by the Organization of #Petroleum Exporting Countries #OPEC. Last month produced an average of 1,025,000 bpd, down 0.5% from the 1,031,000 bpd average reached in January, when the country surpassed 1 million barrels for the first time since June 2019. However, it still remains far from the 2.89 million bpd at the beginning of this century.
