Czech President Petr Pavel says that Ukraine can be admitted to NATO despite not having control of its entire territory.
"I believe that the complete restoration of control over the entire territory is not a necessary condition. If there is a demarcation, even an administrative border, then we can consider this administrative border temporary and accept Ukraine into NATO on the territory it will control at that time."
