So, today my White Man Genes™ activated and I've decided to colonize some other culture to make food.

I should have given up, because the universe conspired to not allow me to make it. The scale stopped working so I couldn't measure the ingredients for the bread, so I had to do it by eye, I had to open the dough by hand because one of my roommates must have shoved the rolling pin into his ass, some ingredients like honey were missing because my roommates are jerks who use the last bits of an ingredient and then neither buy it again nor warn anyone that we are missing stuff, etc, etc.

But still, in the end, it worked fine. 7/10, would make it again with all the correct ingredients and working equipment.
