It occurred to me that if you want more Drs, Nurses, Medics, Dentists and Teachers etc you don't burden them with tuition fees for most of their working life.... Similarly you don't have to put more money into the same people's pockets .. if you stop taking money out of it monthly to pay the said fees
It has always seemed wrong for Government to give with one hand and take with the other.
Plus let migrants awaiting resident status to work , part pay their way without benefits and pay tax
