I used to be one of those people who "never got polled".
Now I get polled all the time -- and not phone polls, for I do not answer numbers I do not recognize because of all the sales, solicitations, and spam calls.
I receive emails asking me to participate in polling, usually for state and local issues -- and not the kind that ask for a donation at the end.
So, I guess I am on a "list" of people willing to answer polls if asked by email.
