Move a bit north. My mom is in North Bay, enjoying the weather quite a bit at the moment. The downside? Occasional bears, frozen lakes, -48°C with windchill in winter, and not much to do in a city of 50,000 people. I won’t complain about London’s grey, dull weather.
Alternative approach: Move south... Way south. Brazil has plenty of places with fantastic weather (look at Florianópolis, for instance). Plus, your SATS will go a lot further down there.
