1. No, supply doesn’t get cut in half.
2. No, price doesn’t get cut in half.
3. No, block reward doesn’t get cut in half, as block reward includes both the block subsidy and transaction fees.
What does happen: the block subsidy gets cut in half. In other words, the rate of new BTC mined gets cut in half.
