If you’re on Damus just hold down on a post until the menu pops up, press the option for copying the note ID, and then in a new note put in @ and then paste the note ID. Type whatever else you like and you’ve got a retweet with your own comments. It doesn’t have to be a reply, I was just replying so you would see my post.
