You seem to think I'm speaking purely hypothetically when I'm not. If you think you can win a direct power struggle then there's no point talking about it on here, but we ran that scenario already and the South lost. We made a new rule to keep some semblance of segregation, and they attempt to corrupt it. Yeah, that's realpolitik, whachagonnado. You either play the game or you throw the table, and you can't throw the table right now, so we play the game.
Most people butthurt about HOAs are only upset because they're not the ones calling the shots and they don't respect the ones who are. Understandable, but that's like the asthmatic kid being grumpy he can't run a mile. It's self pity. If you can't play the game, stay off the field. I'm trying the best I can to get well respected White guys a refuge to build out from, and tools like HOAs are actually useful for that purpose. If there's an alternative that we can use that doesn't come with downsides, please enlighten me.
