Recently read a book that has cause to refer to a pump room a fair bit, and every time it did, I was reminded of how a radio announcer once said 'The Bathroom Orchestra from Pump' when they meant to say 'The Pump Room Orchestra from Bath', which still tickles me even though I've known about it for 24 years.
