Jeff Booth (npub1s05…eyhe) brought up an excellent point (as always) regarding the impossibility of any serious cuts to budget. Any significant savings WILL be spent elsewhere- immediately. Best we can hope for is more "efficient" spending, but how does that fix the problem?
