The last corporate-run social media I am on is Reddit, and I only visit 5-6 subreddits (anonymously, since I deleted my Reddit account earlier this year). I’m finding it hard to take that final step and STOP visiting the Reddit website 4-5 times a day, including last thing at night before I try to go to sleep, mind racing with what I’ve read. I know I need to walk away, but I’m finding it difficult.
Open to suggestions on how to make that final break from algorithm-driven social media, thanks.
