did a morning and late afternoon cold plunge today. everything was frozen up this morning but the rains won out today. most of the snow melted into the creek.

guy walking his dog stopped to chat a little before I slid into the creek. after I got in the dog wanted to go in the water too, but owner pulled him back. :)
