It's been a year since I quit. I smoked for 20+ years and thought I'd never quit. The patch helped take the edge off for me. Just hang in there man it's hard but at some point you get accustomed to wanting one and not having one. Also, I stack stats with the money I would have spent on cigarettes. Do that instead feel good about it. You can do it.
