Employers will realize one day that all of the ideas and energy don't mean squat if you don't have workers.
But that's why the employment situation in America focuses primarily on the financially and/or socially desperate. Either you feel you have to work to live or you feel you have to have that position to feel accomplished.
You can't just be and decide to make a gig work for you.
