Happy (early) Birthday! 🫂🫂 Can relate, turning 30 was my bogeyman...29 had some struggles for me, and by the time my b-day was rolling around I was ready 😂.
Glad you got a chance to check out for a bit and so glad to hear it's been a while since your last seizure. We are our own worst enemies most of the time, just remember that this too shall pass and that there are people out there happy for your small victories too 🫂🫂
