Public schools used to have dancing instruction. Not to train anyone for a competition, but to teach young people how to interact with opposite sex. Guys even had to approach the girl of their choice. He could touch a girl under supervision. This even in elementary school.
Idk if this goes on any longer, but I highly doubt it given how badly socialized people under 25 are.
